Privacy policy

Wepa Web Works LLC is a one-person web design and development studio run by José Sánchez López in San Antonio, Texas. When this page says “I” or “me”, it means Wepa Web Works LLC.

Only what you choose to send. The contact form asks for your name, email, business, current website, what you need and a message, and it records which language you used. Name and email are required; the rest is optional.

If you call, text, WhatsApp or email me, I receive your phone number or email address and whatever you write.

To reply to you, prepare a quote and do the work you ask for. I don’t sell your information, share it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list.

A few service providers help me run this site, and they handle data only to provide their service to me. A cloud service receives contact form messages, keeps them for the time described below and delivers them to my email inbox, which my email provider hosts. My web hosting provider stores this website, and a content delivery network delivers it and provides the visitor statistics described below. Like any website, these services keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site secure and working. If you message me on WhatsApp, WhatsApp (Meta) carries those messages under its own privacy policy.

I use a privacy-focused analytics service to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It counts page views, the page you came from, country, browser and device type. It sets no cookies, doesn’t fingerprint your device and doesn’t follow you to other sites. I only see totals, never individual visitors. Because nothing here tracks you across sites, the site works the same whether or not your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal.

This site uses no cookies. It saves one setting in your own browser: whether you paused the page’s animations. That setting stays on your device and is never sent to me. Clearing your browser’s site data removes it.

Contact form messages are stored for 12 months and then deleted automatically. The copy that reaches my email inbox is kept as ordinary business correspondence, and you can ask me to delete it at any time.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I have about you. Email jose@wepawebworks.com and I’ll reply within 30 days.

This site is for businesses and isn’t directed at children under 13. I don’t knowingly collect their information.

If this policy changes, I’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
