Everything a website needs, from one person.
Design, code and hosting usually come from three companies who have never met each other. Here they come from one, so nothing falls in the gap between them.
Design
Twelve years as an art director before I wrote production code. Sites that look like your business, read clearly, and work on the phone in someone's hand.
Development
Marketing sites, member portals, booking flows, web apps. I've modernized kiosk and payment software and wired it to card readers, so your integration won't scare me. Tested before it ships, and customer data stays out of the logs.
Hosting & migration
Servers I run and monitor myself. Over 100 live sites moved without a minute of downtime, and moving yours in costs nothing.
Maintenance
Updates, backups, security and an hour of changes every month, plus the occasional 9pm emergency. Nothing to chase down, and the same person every time.
Custom systems
When a website isn't enough: custom forms, databases, APIs, client portals, data migration and reporting, and subscription web tools built for how your business actually runs. Scope that used to need a team, delivered by one person who has been building this long.
How I work · Cómo trabajo
We talk
Thirty minutes, English or Spanish. What you need, what's not working.
Free. Bring whatever you have, no prep needed.
One-page plan
Fixed scope, fixed price, a real launch date.
A few days later. Yours to keep whether you hire me or not.
Build in the open
A live preview link from week one. Your feedback comes straight to me.
I'll need photos, copy and your logo files when we start.
Launch. ¡Wepa!
Then hosting, backups and a person to text. For as long as you want.
Typically four to eight weeks from the plan.

In 2019 I tried to stop taking side clients and these three wouldn't leave. They have been through a decade, a career change and a move to Texas with me.

/ WEH-pah / — what Puerto Ricans say when something goes right.
Twelve years as Senior Art Director and Lead Developer at a design firm in San Juan, then seven years of senior full-stack work on kiosk and payment software.
Wepa Web Works is where all of that lands: one person who designs it, builds it, hosts it and keeps it running. You will always know who is working on your site, because it is the same person who answered your first email.
Ways to work together
Three shapes. Priced on the call.
A site, and someone who keeps it
Design, build and launch, then hosting, backups and an hour of changes every month. The build costs less this way, because we keep working together.
Build fee + monthlyA site, built and handed over to you
Same design and build, then it is yours to host and run wherever you like. A higher build fee, and no monthly after launch.
Fixed price · fixed dateHelp with a site you already have
Updates, fixes, a migration off a host you are done with, or a block of senior dev time each month. Priced by what the work is.
