Web design portfolio

Three clients. Over a decade each.

In 2019 I wound down my side clients to focus on one company. These three stayed, and I kept showing up. Here they are, plus the kind of work that lives behind an employer login.

UIET

Unión de Empleados Telefónicos de Puerto Rico, a telephone workers' union. The site is how thousands of members get documents, bulletins, election information and news, in Spanish, on whatever phone they have.

What I handle

Everything on the web side. Design, the document library, hosting, security updates, and the bulletins and election information going up on time.

Why it matters

A decade without a missed bulletin. The site is due for a redesign, and they are trusting me with that too.

787 Fishing

A fishing charter out of Fajardo, Puerto Rico, run by a record-setting captain. Visitors come for trips and prices, and to see what came out of the water this week.

What I handle

The site, its hosting, photo updates after big catches, and keeping bookings reachable in season.

Why it matters

Eleven years with a one-person business that lives on referrals. It is next in line for a refresh.

Instituto de Asma y Alergia

Dr. Luis Torres Vera's asthma and allergy practice, with offices in Hato Rey and Caguas. Patients come to learn about treatments, meet the team and book an appointment, in Spanish.

What I handle

Design, development and hosting, plus content updates as treatments and articles change.

Why it matters

A medical practice cannot have a site that is down or out of date. It has not been.

Behind the login · Lo que no puedo mostrar

The work I can't show is most of the work.

Employer projects stay private. The kinds of problems don't.

200+

Client sites at a Puerto Rico design firm

Twelve years as Senior Art Director and Lead Developer in San Juan. Restaurants, law firms, government offices, nonprofits, retail.

100+

Live migrations, zero downtime

Moving working websites between hosts and platforms without visitors noticing. Now onto servers I run myself.

Kiosk

Payment software, modernized

Card readers, encryption and tests on every feature. Hardware most web developers never touch.

What I build

If it runs in a browser, it's in range.

Business & marketing websites

Marketing sites that load fast, read well and get the phone to ring.

Member & document portals

Logins, libraries, bulletins, elections. Built for a union, works for anyone.

Web apps & integrations

Bookings, payments, dashboards, and the hardware or API on the other end.

Rescues & migrations

A site that is slow or stuck on a host you hate. Moved and fixed without downtime.

Yours could be the third long one.
